Three heat-sealed edges and a fourth sealed by the customer after loading the product. Medical-grade paper with PET/PE, PET/PP or PE-coated paper.
1.0Overview
Also known as a pouch, the envelope is made of medical-grade paper sealed to another material according to each customer's specific need. It has three pre-sealed edges and a fourth that is sealed by the customer after placing the product inside the package.
2.0Applications
Suits a wide range of products and processes: industrial lines (surgical gloves, sutures, gowns, surgical kits, prostheses), hospitals, sterilization centres, clinics, laboratories, dental offices and other activities such as manicurists and tattoo artists.

- Physical, chemical and biological properties that allow sterilization and maintain sterility
- Strong, high-performance seal guaranteeing sterility from sterilization to the point of use
- Printing to customer specification in up to 4 colours
- Printed chemical indicators for steam, EtO and formaldehyde
- PET/PE or PET/PP films or PE-coated paper, and papers of other grammages such as 80 g/m²
